I'm a Walking Miracle

Thanks to Nikken I am living life to the fullest once again. My life forever changed at the age of 15 in 1988. I was in a serious car accident that left me with multiple pelvic fractures. I recovered to a certain point but started going downhill the more I increased my physical activity. From 1992-1997 I underwent 3 surgeries to allieviate the constant agony that I was in. At this point I was not able to sit for more then 20 min let alone work or have any kind of social life. Walking to the maibox was challenge for me. My sleep patterns were terrible, often only falling asleep between 3-5 am. My days were spent going to dr appointments, physiotherapy, and bedrest. Wherever I went I took a lounge chair along or stood. From the countless doctors and specialists that I went to, I received no hope. One specialist even told me if I was a horse, he would shoot me, to put me out of my misery. So, needless to say I turned to any alternative and countless hrs of massage therapy. During this time I tried every pill, juice and gadget on the market.

After 5 years of trying "new alternatives", getting my hopes up and then crushed again and again, a friend of mine told me about the great results she was having using Nikken products on her knees. She invited me to a Wellness Preview where I met a Nikken Wellness Consultant, who shared his life story and the results that he got. Amazingly, his story was similar to mine, so I thought if Nikken turned his life around, I might as well try it, plus the huge added benefit of no side effects! I started using the products and wanted to get as much constant use as I could... and nothing happened. With constant encouragement from my Nikken upline I continued to faithfully use all the products, after all I had nothing to lose, I didn't have any other options. It took 11 1/2 months until my body started to respond. I started walking and sitting more and more! I even went to the theater and sat through the entire movie "Titanic"!!

Fall is here, have you waxed?

What's the best time to polish and wax your vehicle? A good rule of thumb is if water does not bead then it's time to wax. I detail my vehicles every other month for ultimate protection and shine, plus I enjoy it!

Over the years I have tried many different paste and gel type of waxes. I was given a sample of Dri Wash N Guard at a show n shine over 5 years ago and I loved it. I have applied it on a wide variety of vehicles, from cars, trucks, tractors, boats, bikes and even my fridge! I have found it much easier and faster to apply than traditional waxes, plus it's great on glass. It cleans, seals, polishes and protects without using a drop of water!

Book of the Month

If you want a great book to read, that will help you develop a plan to get to where you want to be... I highly recommend reading "The Success Principles" by Jack Canfield. He is the co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. This is an easy read and I am about halfway through right now.

My Week in Texas

Just spent last week in Addison Texas (just north of Dallas) taking a business course. Had a great week basking in the +90 degree sunshine! I got treated like royalty, driving around town in limos - the H2 limo is definitely the best one around - lots of room and fun to be in. I brought my boys back official Dallas Cowboys footballs.
